The wood store is coming along, having built it, and stocked it,
we decided it wasn’t big enough so we extended it. Final coats of Sadolin now being applied. This now becomes the back up store after the barn is now the primary store for final drying prior to burning. In the locality of Howy a couple of large trees have been felled about the size of our Sycamores. The land owner has decided to keep the timber and it is neatly stacked in a field – what a lot of wood! We now need to work out how to store raw wood, as it were, and where.
