Covid curls?  Covid colours?  Not round ‘ere.  Simon the fence (barrier, that is) also shears sheep and it’s that time of year again.  He’s incredibly busy due to Covid, as the New Zealanders aren’t over, every man-jack has been recruited.  Doesn’t help the prices much though.  Average shearer cost is £2.90 per fleece, open market price is £1.79.
