Last year warmer but with a minus 8 in early April. This year, cold wet, a lengthier Winter, and a sudden warm/hot spell meant that the blossom hasn’t lasted. This tree was barren last year, and we have three- Bird Cherry, or May Day Tree. There are plenty in the hedgerows as well.
