A tree to plant…

But first, where? Saw a likely spot but the willow was in the way and would cramp the style. The decision was made to take out the tree which since we’ve been here has been taken over and killed by the honeysuckle. Beautiful fragrance, but it’s out of control.

Here we go…

Cleared away, sort of!

The remains ground is a mesh work of roots, suckers and weeds, so a fallow period beckons rooting out, and rootling out the debris. Now where to put the tree?!
