Hello everyone. May I introduce myself? My name is Orson Wellies and I am the resident chef at Merryhall.  You will also see in the picture Peter my sous chef and constant companion. I would like to share with you some of my gastronomic ! creations as we go forward….

Today I have been making no cook green tomato chutney as Harry’s tomatoes have failed to ripen. Once tried and tested I will share my recipe – this is a new one on me so paws crossed.

Back soon … the chutney needs another stir.
