Well, we’ve not been away really. It’s just that Penrhyn has rather taken over, and the days have flown. What a day to open ones eyes! The (lovely, melodious) cacophony of the early morning birds was overwhelming, with Thrushes yelling four and five part repetitions, and blackbirds defending territory. It’s Spring!!

And the spring meadow is robust even in the north wind.

We disturbed the frogs doing spawny things 🐸

All in all, a marvellous day!
