Settling in and laying

Lovely Christmas surprise for us.  The new girls are moving into lay and their first eggs are appearing.
You know then this is about to happen.  Marmite, the cockerel, starts to cluck away and runs in and out of the coop – faffing around like a pregnant father to be; “oh shut up you silly man and let them get on with it”.

The anxious father to be is in the middle at the back.
