Rescued
Well, you knew I’d do it. The Oak tree has been lifted and there’s another not such a lucky acorn that didn’t put down a root. So what happens to that one? Swept downstream, lodged in a crevice until when? A year, tens of years, a century or so?

Survival of the fittest, evolution, birth, growth, nature at its best and worst. And they manage it without mental health issues, wokeness, trans-gender confusion, maybe the oak-let hasn’t got too much time on its hands (leaves – Ed, and what is time to a plant? How does it measure it – by Springs?).
My only job left on this earth is now to water and nurture it before you all ask how it’s doing! If I let this one fail, I’ll really be in the donkey poo!
