November is fading…

and Christmas is on the horizon.

The backdrop of Llysdinam hill and its Larches (no. 1, the Larch) are now fading. The weather forecast is for colder temperatures and last night although the air temperature was 3.8 degrees, the windscreens and puddles are frozen.

Meanwhile, at the back of the cottage, in the garden room, the tree is being decorated. Early? Possibly, the timing is habit from running the shop and its twenty four/seven demands which meant that if it wasn’t done in early November it wouldn’t happen.
