We are an hour away from official sun-up, but the day is slowly dawning. The stars are bright and twinkling and the Milky Way is visible. This is our fourth Christmas here, and later on I will pick Joan up Llandod for her third. Sandie has prepped a very large Chicken – it looks superb without any “plumping” or stored water. Later, we will have the usual treats, fortified coffee and present opening (making a bit of an assumption there!).
