Covid effects

Covid affects us all and we are learning to live with a new way of doing things.  Going to the local agricultural merchants – Hay and Brecon Farmers, for feed and other items, now means not turning up and joshing their sense of humours, having some banter with the warehouse staff, and the luxury of browsing to select which items to purchase.  Now we have to phone up to order and pay for the items, and turn up at a pre-determined time to collect.  And there is our order waiting for us!

Some people in other parts of the country are doing this with sheds like B&Q, but it just shows what life may be like in the future.  Social distancing for a further eighteen months or so until a vaccine is produced and administered.  Gradually I guess shops will be allowed to re-open with lessons learned by the supermarkets – limited access (one out one in), one person per shopping trip, plastic screens etc.  Strange times!
