Just like to reassure all our readers that COVID-19 is in Wales and is alive and well.

If you see the virus (see picture) then you are advised urgently to self-isolate (still say this is tautologous) and self-sanitise (sounds rude!).  It is virulent, invasive, burdensome, and very infectious (see how many babies he’s had).

Joan is not letting him in the door, and we have gone to ground and limiting contact with the world.  The most difficult thing is to not touch the face – automatic response to thinking, or scratching an imaginary or real itch.
