A bit of sun, and we all feel happier…

Well apart from the gardener that is.  Let’s assume it’s concentration and not auto suggest working on the compost heap!  Got to crack-on now the the deluges have ceased as we don’t know how long this break will last.

This is the third consecutive day of no rain, the first for six months or so, time to start getting the veg plot ready.  The river is now down to summer level, and it is beautifully clear, clean and crisp.
